Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

 

1 handful of baby Spinach

1 cup of coconut water

1/2 a cucumber

A squeeze of fresh lemon

1 whole kiwi fruit

1 teaspoon of chia seeds

1/2 an apple

Method:

Cut everything up items roughly and blitz in the blender until smooth.

​

Pour into a tall glass and enjoy immediately! 

Optional: add a little ice if you prefer your smoothie cold.

Makes 1 serve.
